Mulank Mitra (operated by Jatin Gera, India) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name and date of birth, to calculate your numbers and prepare your report.
• WhatsApp number and/or email, to deliver your report and reply to you.
• If you choose add-ons: the mobile number you want analysed, and your partner's name and date of birth.
• Payment confirmation details from Razorpay (payment ID, amount, status). We never see or store card, UPI or bank details.

Free calculator

The free calculator runs in your browser. Details you type there stay on your device unless you go on to buy a report.

How we use it

Only to create and deliver your report, provide support, process refunds and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases from our ads. It may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit this through your browser or Meta ad settings.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, such as Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider and WhatsApp/email for delivery.

Retention

We keep order details for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and accounting records required by law.
