These terms apply to your use of mulankmitra.in and the products sold on it. Mulank Mitra is operated by Jatin Gera, India ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide a free online numerology calculator and paid personalised numerology reports delivered digitally as PDF files.

2. Nature of the content

Numerology is a traditional belief system. Our reports are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Please consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

3. Your information

You are responsible for entering the correct name and date of birth. Reports are prepared from the details you provide. If you entered wrong details, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will regenerate your report once at no cost.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our Pricing page and shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally on WhatsApp and/or email as described in our Delivery policy.

6. Refunds

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text and report templates belong to us. Your report is for your personal use.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit other people's details without their consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
