Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before your report is delivered by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will refund the full amount.

Refunds after delivery

If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

Wrong details

If you entered a wrong name or date of birth, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will regenerate your report once for free.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, or you were charged twice, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank. If not, contact us with your payment ID and we will refund it.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
